Easter Magic with Our 3D Scanner

In the plastics industry, the complexity of geometries and the demands on precision are constantly increasing. Conventional measuring methods often reach their limits here. But thanks to our 3D scanner, we can effortlessly capture even the most complex geometries – even special little guests like the Easter Bunny.

One of the strengths of the scanner is its high level of automation. A simple click is all it takes to obtain a complete, optical image of the measuring object. This not only saves time, but also ensures a high level of accuracy.

Automatic lens changes and true-color imaging for better component evaluation make even complex parts easy to handle. Keyence's software also allows multiple scans to be combined to create a fully digitized component.

The target-actual color comparison with the CAD data set is particularly interesting. This means that differences are highlighted in color and our measurement reports are clearer and easier to understand.
