In our quality management, we rely on absolute precision and perfection. Our modern equipment includes the 4K microscope VHX-7000, with which we are ideally equipped to sustainably reduce production downtimes.

The VHX-7000 has a variety of lenses, close-to-the-lens LED lighting, and autofocus for impressive depth of field, taking image quality to a new level. Thanks to the 4K resolution, a zoom of up to 1000x and a frame rate of 50 fps, we don't miss a single detail with the microscope. This means we can detect the smallest defects and tiny flaws before they become a problem.

The swivel lens allows us to view samples from different angles without having to reposition or realign them. The autofocus ensures fast and sharp images. And that's not all: With the continuous shooting function we can even create images with a resolution of up to 50,000 x 50,000 pixels.
