When diverse areas of expertise seamlessly intertwine, the result is impressive – both technically and in terms of process. A prime example of this is our latest project for Fischer Sports , one of the world's leading manufacturers in the winter sports segment.

The task: to mass-produce a functional, robust, and dimensionally accurate protective cap for a children's ski . The project chain began with an inquiry via Toolplace , Christian Götze's toolmaking brokerage platform. Our partner WIBRA Formenbau was awarded the contract for tool design, developing the injection molding tool according to the end customer's requirements.

As soon as the tool was ready for use, Faust stepped in: The protective cap was to be manufactured using the material provided by the customer – precisely, reliably, and ready for series production. This is precisely our strength. The first production run was already successful – without rework, with a clean fit, and consistently high quality.

What makes this project special for us: It demonstrates how efficient and seamless collaboration can be along the entire value chain – when communication at eye level, clear responsibilities, and technical expertise come together. Through our close coordination with WIBRA and Toolplace, we were able to not only optimize timelines but also utilize the tool's full potential – to the satisfaction of everyone involved.

This photo from the project shows Sebastian Scholz , Managing Director of WIBRA Formenbau, and Dennis Theissig , the responsible sales representative at WIBRA, together with Oliver Klöpping , Project Manager at Faust. The finished protective cap is being presented jointly by all participants – along with the matching children's ski from Fischer Sports. A visible sign of the successful collaboration throughout the project.

For Faust, the project is further proof of how partnership processes can work in medium-sized companies: agile, solution-oriented and with a lot of passion for precision in plastics.
